Naturopathic care begins with a comprehensive intake consultation that reviews your current health concerns, medical history, blood work from a functional perspective, HTMA, eating habits, stress level and lifestyle. This allows for an in-depth understanding of your present health concerns and explores the root cause(s) of your symptoms. During your initial follow up consultation you will be provided with insights about your case, guidance about next steps, and nutrition and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your health goals, pace and budget. Supplements that you choose to include are sent you from me through Emerson Ecologics. 

Follow up visits give the opportunity to assess  your progress, address your questions and modify your recommendations as needed.
